1. For the Final Design Project Introduction, the Registration Form must be filled out in two copies in digital format and submitted to the Control and Automation Engineering Department Secretary’s Office.
2. The Final Design Project Introduction Interim Report Submission Form, together with the interim report, must be filled out in two copies in digital format and submitted to the Control and Automation Engineering Department Secretary’s Office.
3. The Final Design Project Interim Report should be prepared in accordance with the template.

Control and Automation Engineering Design I (KON4901/KON4901E)

2. The Final Design Project Request Form (TR) (EN) will be filled out together with the supervising faculty member. After being completed in two copies in digital format, the document must be submitted to the Control and Automation Engineering Department Secretary’s Office.
3. The Final Design Project Interim Report Submission Form will be completed together with the supervising faculty member after the project is finished, in two copies in digital format, and then submitted to the Control and Automation Engineering Department Secretary’s Office.
4. Final Design Project Report Format is provided in Turkish and English. Please write your final project report in accordance with the specified format.
5. You can access the Ethical Rules Compliance Declaration Form (TR) (EN) and the Standards and Constraints Form (TR) (EN) via the provided links. These forms must be filled out correctly.
6. The final design project, together with a letter from the advisor stating that the assignment has been deemed sufficient, and the assignment content (PDF file) must be uploaded to the required class opened in Ninova. In the Final Design Project exam, three printed copies of the project must be submitted to the Control and Automation Engineering Department Secretary’s Office for delivery to the teaching staff serving as the jury.
